This is your opportunity to broaden your experience, work alongside a team that genuinely has your back and play a key role in the successful delivery and handover of one of Australia's leading underground mining projects Your opportunity Senior Quality Coordinator - Completions & Handover M2P Engineering Tanami, Northern Territory Fixed Task Project | 2:1 FIFO Roster As our valued Senior Quality Coordinator - Completions & Handover, you will play a critical role in coordinating quality verification, project completions and handover activities across Structural, Mechanical and Piping (SMP) construction scopes. Working closely with construction teams, client representatives and project leadership, you'll ensure completed works are verified, documented and ready for formal client acceptance. This is not a welding inspection or welding supervision role. We're looking for an experienced quality professional with broad SMP exposure who understands construction verification, quality systems and project handover processes across multiple disciplines. Based on site at Tanami on a 2:1 FIFO roster, you'll play a key role in driving construction verification, completion and handover activities through to successful project close-out. You'll make an impact by: Coordinating project completions and handover activities across Structural, Mechanical and Piping (SMP) construction scopes. Identifying outstanding construction works and preparing documentation to facilitate formal client walkdowns and verification activities. Managing documentation required to achieve Construction Verification Certificates (CVCs) and support client acceptance of completed works. Maintaining completion records and tracking progress through a Construction Completion Management System (CCMS). Working closely with construction teams and client representatives to ensure construction requirements have been satisfied and handover milestones are achieved. Assisting with the compilation and management of project close-out documentation. What you'll bring To succeed in this role, you will have: Previous experience in a Senior Quality Coordinator, Quality Coordinator or Quality Assurance role within mining, industrial or heavy construction environments. Demonstrated experience across Structural, Mechanical and Piping (SMP) disciplines. Strong understanding of quality documentation, verification processes and construction compliance requirements. Experience coordinating quality activities across multiple disciplines and stakeholders. Strong document control, administration and reporting skills. Ideally, you will also have: Experience supporting project completions and handover activities. Experience using a Construction Completion Management System (CCMS). Familiarity with Construction Verification Certificates (CVCs) and project close-out documentation. Previous experience on major mining or industrial construction projects.
