STAFF ACCOMMODATION COORDINATOR - Hamilton Island
Hamilton Island is seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Staff Accommodation Coordinator to join our Staff Accommodation team. In this diverse role, you'll provide administrative support, coordinate resident services, conduct property inspections, and help ensure our staff accommodation facilities are maintained to a high standard for the thousands of team members who call Hamilton Island home.

Your Role
As Staff Accommodation Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for residents, managers, and contractors, assisting with accommodation enquiries, maintenance coordination, check-ins and check-outs, inspections, and administration. You'll play a key role in maintaining accommodation standards while delivering exceptional customer service.
Where you'll make an impact
- Provide first-point support for Staff Accommodation residents
- Coordinate maintenance requests and monitor work order completion
- Conduct resident check-ins, check-outs, and key management
- Assist with accommodation allocation administration
- Process commuter ticket sales, cash handling, and daily reconciliations
- Conduct room inspections and prepare condition reports
- Investigate damages and coordinate cost recovery where required
- Complete routine building, grounds, and hygiene inspections
- Report safety hazards and coordinate repairs through to completion
- Maintain resident records, databases, and accommodation documentation
- Liaise with Maintenance, Security, Logistics, and external contractors
- Support the Staff Accommodation team with general administration duties

To be successful, you will need:
- Queensland Driver Licence (Essential)
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Essential)

- Ability to multitask and work to deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail
- Professional presentation and customer service skills
