Serve as the first point of contact for participants, families, staff, and stakeholders, managing phone, email, and internal communications professionally and promptly. Coordinate recruitment activities, including job advertising, candidate screening, interview scheduling, onboarding administration, and maintenance of recruitment records. Manage end-to-end employee onboarding through Caremaster and Employment Hero, ensuring all employment documentation, compliance checks, and system records are completed prior to commencement. Provide HR administrative support, including maintaining employee records, monitoring compliance renewals, coordinating training, preparing employment documentation, and supporting offboarding processes. Build and manage support worker rosters, coordinate shift coverage, communicate roster changes, and ensure participant-worker matching aligns with service requirements and NDIS goals. Monitor incidents and worker wellbeing, conduct post-incident welfare checks, track corrective actions, and support compliance with NDIS incident reporting requirements. Support participant onboarding, record management, appointment scheduling, and administration of service agreements, consent forms, and participant documentation. Maintain accurate organizational records, digital filing systems, and policy documentation, while assisting with audit preparation and compliance activities. Ensure all duties are performed in accordance with NDIS Practice Standards, the NDIS Code of Conduct, privacy legislation, workplace health and safety requirements, and organizational policies and procedures.
