Legal Counsel | Future Secure AI | New Zealand or Australia | Remote-first
Future Secure AI builds the tools that help organisations adopt artificial intelligence securely, responsibly, and at scale. We operate across APAC and North America, we are growing fast, and we are hiring our first dedicated Legal Counsel to grow with us.
This is not a document queue role. You will own commercial contracts end to end, guide the business through its data privacy and AI governance obligations, and be the legal voice in the room when decisions are being made - not after them.
What you will bring: 5+ years PQE, admitted in New Zealand and/or Australia, with a strong commercial contracts background and solid grounding in data privacy law. Prior top-tier private practice experience is important. Experience in tech, AI or SaaS is a genuine advantage.
