About the role: Juniper is seeking caring and reliable a Multiskilled Domestic team member to join our dedicated team at Juniper Karinya, our warm and welcoming residential aged care home in Embleton. This hands on, people focused role rotates between cleaning, laundry, and catering duties to help create a safe, comfortable, and homely environment for our residents. Working closely with our care and hospitality teams, you will ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, assist with meal preparation and service, and contribute to residents' overall comfort, dignity, and wellbeing. The successful candidate will be required to have availability through the week to cover planned and unplanned leave on a casual basis. Key Responsibilities: Cleaning: Keep residents' rooms and common areas spotless, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing high-touch surfaces. Laundry: Wash, dry, iron, and return personal and facility laundry while following infection control procedures. Catering: Assist in preparing and serving meals, setting tables, and ensuring meals meet residents' dietary needs. Teamwork: Work collaboratively with care and hospitality staff to ensure residents feel respected, valued, and at home. Safety: Follow workplace health, safety, and infection control guidelines at all times.
