Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Media strategy & optimisation: Build and optimise audienceled media plans with agencies and brand teams to maximise ROI across ANZ.
- Digital acceleration & JBPs: Lead Joint Business Plans, testandlearn initiatives, and new digital/social channel exploration aligned to global priorities.
- Transformation & governance: Own media planning principles and ensure alignment with global frameworks and MMM insights.
- Platform & capability leadership: Manage core media and social platforms and uplift media capability across the ANZ beverages marketing team.
- Scale & impact: Oversee media delivery for all ANZ beverage brands.
Qualifications
About you:
- 5+ years’ experience in digital media, media planning, or digital transformation (agency background preferred); data & analytics experience is a plus
- Strategic yet executionfocused, able to influence decisionmakers while delivering outcomes end to end
- Strong project management capability, managing multiple initiatives on time and within budget in fastpaced, matrix environments
- Highly collaborative communicator, effective at building trust with internal stakeholders and external agencies
- Digital and consumercentric mindset, experienced in data and technologyled transformation, problemsolving ambiguity, and translating business goals into scalable solutions
