Ampcontrol is expanding its High Voltage Field Services team and is seeking an experienced HV Field Service Supervisor to lead maintenance, upgrades and service delivery across major utilities, mining, industrial and renewable sectors. This role is ideal for a handson leader who thrives in a fastpaced environment, can coordinate multiple teams, and is committed to delivering safe, highquality HV electrical services. "This role is responsible for delivering upgrade and maintenance activities... coordinating resources to deliver associated work on time, on or better than budget, safely and to the highest quality." What you'll be doing Leading and mentoring a team of 4-10 HV Field Service Technicians Driving safety leadership and ensuring full compliance with HSEQ requirements Coordinating HV maintenance, shutdowns, upgrades and protection system work Managing labour hours, job planning, scheduling and resource allocation Building strong relationships with customers and providing highquality reporting Supporting estimating, tender responses and work scope reviews Managing subcontractors and ensuring timely job closeout and invoicing Contributing to growth strategies across utilities, rail, mining and renewables What you'll bring Tradequalified Electrician (essential) Experience in HV maintenance, testing and protection systems Strong faultfinding and problemsolving capability Ability to read, review and update electrical schematics and wiring diagrams Competency with Microsoft Office and test/communications software Demonstrated commitment to safe work practices Ability to multitask and lead teams in highpressure environments Desirable: Electrical Engineering Diploma or Degree Experience with HV protection systems Who you are A safetyfirst leader A strong communicator who builds trust and respect Organised, proactive and solutionsfocused Comfortable managing people, customers and competing priorities Someone who takes pride in delivering highquality results Why join Ampcontrol?
