Customer Service Attendant - Innisfail (CAS)

We’re seeking enthusiastic, motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Attendants to join our Innisfail team as Casual workers.
About the Role
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You’ll be an important part of the team, helping create a welcoming and efficient store environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing friendly, personalised customer service
- Operating the console and handling transactions accurately
- Food preparation and maintaining food safety standards
- Merchandising, restocking, and stock rotation
- Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the store and forecourt
About You
You are someone who:
- Enjoys working with people and delivering great customer service
- Has a positive attitude and strong team focus
- Communicates clearly and professionally
- Takes pride in presentation and store standards
- Is reliable and flexible, with availability for afternoon and weekend shifts
- Has previous retail or customer service experience (preferred but not essential)

This position involves manual handling duties, requiring the ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20 kg occasionally and 16 kg regularly, in accordance with safe work practices.
