Become part of our thriving, multi-outlet venue as a Trainee Supervisor across Bar, Restaurant, Bottleshop, OR Gaming. You'll develop your leadership and operational skills through our structured performance framework, working closely with our General Manager, with a clear pathway into a full-time Supervisor role. What You'll Do: Use your hospitality experience and technical knowledge to quickly learn and adapt to our venue operations. Supervise venue operations (bar, restaurant, retail or gaming) in a fast-paced environment. Motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer experiences in a high-energy setting. Work closely with management to support promotions, entertainment, and functions that drive sales and enhance the venue experience. Manage cash handling and POS procedures, ensuring accuracy in till reconciliation. Handle customer feedback and inquiries professionally, helping build a welcoming and memorable atmosphere for locals and visitors. What We're Looking For: Experience working in a fast-paced hospitality environment (bar, restaurant, bottleshop, gaming room). Previous experience leading, coaching, or supporting hospitality teams on shift (desirable). Genuine motivation to build a long-term career in hospitality, with a pathway into management. Strong customer service focus with the ability to train staff. Reliable, eager to learn, and a team player. Current QLD RSA and RSG (or ability to obtain).
