Join our Infrastructure division as a full-time Site Supervisor in Cairns, QLD. This exciting opportunity is ideal for a local candidate with TMR experience looking to contribute to impactful infrastructure projects and build a long-term career close to home.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible and accountable for the effective programming of daily site works in accordance with the construction program, including any adjustments as they arise.
  • Responsible for project compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations and standards.
  • Responsible and accountable for the coordination of employees, subcontractors, plant and equipment required for the projects. Provide advice, support and assistance to project staff in relation to any technical and/or complex problems that may arise during project life.
  • Monitor sub-contractors with a view to ensuring compliance with HSEQ requirements.
Essential Skills and Attributes
  • Background in Plant Operation, Construction and Delivery processes.
  • Proven management skills, practices and planning ability.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects and maintaining focus on priorities.
  • Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships.
  • Highly effective planning, organising and problem-solving skills together with the ability to lead, motivate and influence others.
