Service Administrator
Level Electrical & Data Goulburn is looking for a proactive, organised, and energetic service administrator to join our growing team.
This is a full-time role based in Goulburn, working Monday to Friday from 7:00am to 3:00pm.
This position plays an important role in our day-to-day operations and helps keep the business organised, efficient, and moving forward. The successful applicant will support job administration, scheduling, invoicing, documentation, customer communication, and general office coordination.
We are looking for someone who is proactive, confident, organised, and capable of taking ownership of their responsibilities. The ideal candidate enjoys solving problems, improving systems, embracing new technology, and helping keep a fast-paced business running efficiently.
Responsibilities
As the Service Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
Setting up and managing jobs in Simpro
Scheduling and coordinating technician workloads
Issuing invoices once jobs are marked invoice-ready
Managing documentation, job records, and supporting information
Communicating with customers, technicians, and suppliers
Supporting office coordination and day-to-day administration
Assisting with workflow management to ensure jobs progress efficiently
Maintaining accurate records and following tasks through to completion
Helping support the wider team with general business administration
Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and workflows
Assist with implementing and monitoring process improvements across the business
Requirements

Comfortable communicating with technicians, suppliers, customers, and management
Positive, accountable, and team focused
Preferred experience and skills:
Previous administration, scheduling, or service coordination experience
Experience working in a trade or service-based business
Simpro or similar job management software experience
Strong computer and communication skills
Experience with invoicing and customer service
