The Contract Logistics Distribution Specialist is responsible for supporting transport billing and invoicing activities across distribution operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strong financial control.

How you create impact

  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of transport invoices in line with agreed service levels.
  • Validate transport charges against approved rate cards, contracts, and billing structures.
  • Maintain high billing accuracy while minimising credits, rework, and invoice corrections.
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve billing discrepancies and rate issues.
  • Support month-end close activities through accurate accruals and cost visibility.
  • Escalate recurring billing issues and identify opportunities for process improvement.

What we would like you to bring

  • 13 years' experience in logistics, transport billing, invoicing, or operational finance environments.
  • Exposure to transport, distribution, warehousing, or supply chain operations is highly regarded.
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
