Job Description

We are seeking a Social & Influencer Account Executive to join our team. This role involves supporting the delivery of influencer and social campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels, ensuring work is executed efficiently, on time and to a high standard.

You will play a key role in bringing campaigns to life day-to-day: supporting talent sourcing, outreach, briefing, content approvals and reporting across platforms including TikTok, Meta, YouTube and emerging channels.

Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day delivery of influencer and social campaigns across multiple clients, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Assist with talent research, sourcing and vetting aligned to campaign briefs and brand requirements
  • Assist with development of content calendars aligned to client strategies, including content, captions, and scheduling of content.
  • Manage outreach, negotiation support and comms with talent and talent managers.
  • Coordinate briefing, content approvals and feedback between clients, talent and internal teams
  • Track campaign budgets, deliverables and timelines to ensure smooth execution.
  • Support reporting and performance tracking, helping to pull together insights and results
  • Works closely with Social, Content, Strategy and Media teams to deliver integrated campaigns

Qualifications

  • At least 12 months of experience managing social and influencer campaigns (ideally in an agency environment)
  • Proven expertise working with various social platforms, including Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
  • Strong interest in cultural trends
  • Familiar with the Australian influencer landscape.
