Essential Skills and Attributes
- Prior experience within the civil construction industry, ideally working across subdivision projects or similar.
- The ability to read and interpret plans.
- Strong safety knowledge and initiative.
- Be reliable and trustworthy with the ability to work with little supervision and be able to work as part of a team.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Current driver's license and Construction White Card.
