Accountabilities
- Conduct introductory conversations with prospective individuals to understand their goals, needs, and suitability for the program.
- Guide participants through a structured information and onboarding process using established frameworks.
- Build and maintain professional, trust-based relationships with individuals throughout their engagement journey.
- Participate in ongoing leadership, coaching, and personal development training to continuously enhance skills and effectiveness.
- Work independently in a remote environment while following proven systems and operational guidelines.
- Communicate clearly and professionally across all interactions, ensuring a high standard of client experience.
- Engage in self-directed learning and contribute to a positive, growth-oriented team culture.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in business, coaching, leadership, consulting, sales, education, or related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- High level of self-motivation, discipline, and accountability.
- Positive, growth-oriented mindset with a strong interest in personal and professional development.
- Comfortable using digital tools, online systems, and basic computer applications.
- Ability to commit at least 10-15 hours per week in a flexible working arrangement.
