We are seeking skilled Light Vehicle Mechanics to join our team on a 2/1 FIFO roster at one of Australia's largest magnetite operations. Offering long-term stability and career longevity, this role provides exposure to one of Western Australia's most diverse maintenance environments, working across a broad range of light vehicle and ancillary fleet.

The Role

Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisors, you will be responsible for carrying out servicing, diagnostics, repairs and preventative maintenance across a diverse fleet of light vehicles and ancillary equipment.

Equipment includes:

• Light Vehicles
• Forklifts & Telehandlers
• Elevated Work Platforms
• Compressors & Generators
• Pumps & Lighting Plants
• Skid Steers
• Vehicle Loading Cranes
• Various Ancillary & Support Equipment

What You'll Bring

Essential

• Cert III in Automotive Mechanical Technology or equivalent trade qualification
• Current Driver's Licence
• White Card
• Minimum 2+ years' post trade experience
• Commitment to safe work practices
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment

Highly Regarded

• Previous mining experience
• Experience on both LV and HRT equipment
• HR Driver's Licence
• Forklift Ticket
• Working at Heights
• Confined Space
• Air Conditioning Ticket
