Key Account Manager

You will join SoftwareOne’s SMB and Midmarket Sales team, working closely with customers, sales specialists, and delivery teams to drive growth and deliver highquality outcomes. The team focuses on building longterm partnerships, expanding customer value, and enabling business success through cloud and software solutions.
As a Key Account Manager – SMB/Midmarket, you will manage and grow a portfolio of customers by building trusted relationships, driving recurring revenue, and identifying opportunities for expansion. You will combine strong account management capability with a proactive sales mindset to deliver consistent revenue growth and a highquality customer experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of SMB and midmarket customers, driving retention, customer satisfaction, and revenue performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact across your accounts.
- Develop and execute account plans aligned to customer priorities, identifying opportunities for renewals, upsell, and crosssell.
- Drive new business growth within the assigned segment, including expansion into existing accounts and acquisition of new customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales specialists, services, customer success, and operations) to ensure successful delivery of solutions and outcomes.
- Maintain pipeline visibility and provide accurate forecasts, tracking performance metrics and taking timely action to drive results.
