THE WORK:

We are looking for a Strategic Account Executive (APAC) to lead the implementation of advanced Treasury and Risk Management solutions within our global finance network. This critical position suits a professional who understands that treasury's future blends traditional management with blockchain-based digital assets. You will drive the generation and closure of high-value enterprise deals while demonstrating how Ripple Treasury delivers capital efficiency, real-time insight, and automated liquidity. The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in core treasury roles-such as global cash oversight, multi-currency liquidity handling, and financial risk control-and can illustrate how blockchain and digital assets enhance traditional finance by eliminating fragmented legacy workflows.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Serve as the primary strategic lead for a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts. Manage complex sales cycles and align Ripple's global treasury roadmap with large corporate financial goals.
  • Whitespace Analysis and Revenue Optimization: Perform detailed whitespace analysis within the enterprise tier to uncover untapped opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling sophisticated treasury and risk management modules.
  • Strategic Pursuit and Expansion: Drive aggressive revenue growth by converting identified whitespace into high-contract-value business, growing Ripple's footprint across global subsidiaries and diverse business units.
  • Comprehensive Account Sales Planning: Develop and maintain multi-year account plans that map intricate collaborator hierarchies, budget cycles, and technical roadmaps to ensure a predictable, high-performing sales pipeline.
  • Maintain a high "share of voice" with CFOs, Global Treasurers, and Heads of Risk. Position Ripple Treasury as the central nervous system for their institutional liquidity and risk operations.
  • Deal Leadership and Negotiation: Act as the "CEO of the Deal." Coordinate cross-functional teams across legal, product, and compliance. Navigate procurement hurdles in enterprise-grade financial software sales successfully.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • Sales Experience: Extensive experience in Senior Account Sales or Strategic Sales. A detailed history shows consistent success exceeding multi-million dollar annual quotas in the Enterprise SaaS or Fintech sectors.
  • Complex Deal Management: Success in managing mid-long cycle sales processes involving deep technical discovery, product demonstrations, legal/regulatory reviews, and global deployment strategies.
  • Industry Proficiency: Strong understanding of the Treasury and Finance software landscape, including the integration of digital assets and blockchain to optimize traditional capital flows.
  • Communication and Presentation: Elite communication skills with the ability to lead high-stakes boardroom presentations and distill complex financial technology into a compelling vision.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Finance, or a related field; evidence of advanced sales training or certifications is highly preferred.
