ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Curriculum Lead, you’ll contribute subject matter expertise to develop and maintain high-quality, relevant learning content and assessments for the CA Program and related offerings. You’ll collaborate across teams to ensure timely, accurate delivery and a strong member experience, while aligning content with the evolving needs of the accounting profession.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and develop learning materials and assessments that are technically accurate, authentic, and aligned to learning outcomes
- Engage and manage subject matter experts and technical reviewers to deliver curriculum projects
- Innovate and transform the learner experience using leading educational practices and digital tools
- Maintain relationships with CA members, industry groups, universities, and government bodies to ensure content reflects emerging needs
- Influence and advocate for best practice in learning design and assessment across teams
ABOUT YOU
- Extensive professional experience in accounting
- Experience in learning and development in a corporate or higher education setting
- Strong stakeholder communication and relationship-building skills
- Demonstrated expertise in management accounting is strongly preferred; candidates with deep expertise in sustainability or Australian taxation will also be highly regarded
- CA or member of a GAA body, with a bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred) in business or relevant discipline
- Strategic thinker with a collaborative mindset and passion for the future of accounting
