The home accommodates 92 residents across a combination of nursing and hostel-style living, creating a diverse and engaging environment for both employees and residents. Your Role Will Include:

  • Assisting our residents with personal care needs such as showering and dressing
  • Supporting daily living activities including mealtimes, mobility, and social engagement
  • Working collaboratively with our clinical team to follow individual care plans
  • Accurately documenting care and communicating effectively within the care team
  • Providing respectful, high-quality support to residents, their families, and the wider community


What We’re Looking For:

  • Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent
  • Preference will be given to PCAs who have completed medicationcompetency training as part of their Certificate III or Certificate IV studies

  • A caring nature and genuine desire to support older people
  • Friendly and confident when interacting with people from all walks of life
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A reliable, positive attitude and commitment to working safely
  • Understanding of workplace health and safety practices
  • Willingness to undergo a Police Check and obtain NDIS Worker Screening clearance
