Customer Service & Membership Management Manage member enquiries related to bookings, memberships, account updates, payments, upgrades, and cancellations Review customer accounts, resolve membership-related concerns, and escalate complex issues when necessary Support member retention efforts by communicating cancellation policies, managing notice periods, and offering approved retention options Identify opportunities to upsell memberships, class packs, and additional services Conduct member feedback surveys and satisfaction check-ins to help improve the overall member experience Studio Operations & Administration Monitor and manage enquiries received through the general inbox, including group bookings and partnership opportunities Maintain class schedules and studio timetables, including updates, instructor changes, and new class setup Coordinate with internal team members regarding scheduling, operational needs, and studio support Assist with promotional campaigns, gift cards, vouchers, community partnerships, and special initiatives Escalate operational issues and ensure timely communication and resolution Staff Onboarding & Compliance Support Coordinate onboarding administration for new team members, including contracts, documentation, and system setup Maintain accurate staff records, certifications, qualifications, insurance documentation, and compliance requirements Track compliance deadlines and proactively follow up on renewals and outstanding requirements Update staff registers and operational records to ensure information remains accurate and current
