    • Monitor and manage enquiries received through the general inbox, including group bookings and partnership opportunities<\/span>

    • Maintain class schedules and studio timetables, including updates, instructor changes, and new class setup<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>\n
    • Coordinate with internal team members regarding scheduling, operational needs, and studio support<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>\n
    • Assist with promotional campaigns, gift cards, vouchers, community partnerships, and special initiatives<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>\n
    • Escalate operational issues and ensure timely communication and resolution<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>\n <\/ul>Staff Onboarding & Compliance Support<\/span>\n

      • Coordinate onboarding administration for new team members, including contracts, documentation, and system setup<\/span>

      • Track compliance deadlines and proactively follow up on renewals and outstanding requirements<\/span>
