We're looking for a driven Investment Banking Senior Analyst / Junior Associate to:
take responsibility for transaction execution workstreams across M&A and capital markets transactions, including deal documentation preparation;
develop pitch book presentations to explain industry trends, discuss client options and recommend strategies to meet client goals;
generate new ideas and creative approaches that push the business forward;
identify and meet client needs, coordinating and working alongside senior colleagues and investors;
create and analyze financial models for complex transactions;
build and maintain client relationships to expand your network;
spot problems, generate options and recommend solutions; and
support the development of junior investment bankers.
