The Opportunity
IQ Group is seeking Project Managers withSuperannuationexperience particularly withSFT and Merger / Transitions experience- Melbourne and Sydney Locations
As a Project Manager you will be accountable for creating and executing project work plans to meet the changing needs of our clients, identifying and assigning resource needs, managing the day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope and ensuring quality delivery to the client.
In order to succeed in this role you must possess:
- Min 3+ yrs Superannuation experience
- Min 3+ yrs. Project Management experience working across both Business and Technology
- The ability to manage to strict project deliverables and timeframes
- Software development lifecycle exposure
- Exposure to different project delivery methodology
- Ability to instil strong project control and governance
- Strong team collaborator, and leadership qualities
- Project delivery experience ideally within an Agile environment
- Ability to build relationships with senior level stakeholders
- Managing projects in a complex multifaceted environment
- Experience project managing internal and external third-party delivery teams
- Strong project management delivery experience highly regarded- eg: Experienced in the delivery of Superannuation projects across compliance/legislative change, platforms/systems, successor fund transfers & migrations, product change and process design
