Our Australian employer clients are seeking skilled BEEF Meat Workers to join their workforce in Australia. As skilled Meat Workers, you will have a range of responsibilities including but not limited to butchering, smallgoods making, slaughtering, boning, and slicing meat products. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and development within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Butchering: Preparing and cutting various cuts of meat according to customer orders and specifications.

- Smallgoods Making: Producing and packaging a variety of smallgoods such as sausages, bacon, and cured meats.

- Slaughtering: Humane and efficient slaughtering of animals for meat production.

- Boning: Removing bones from meat cuts and preparing them for further processing.

- Slicing: Using specialized equipment to slice meat products to the desired thickness.

Qualifications and Required Work Experience:

- Overseas Candidate: Must have Trades Qualification and at least 3 years recent and relevant experience as a BEEF Butcher, Smallgoods Maker, Slaughterman, Boner, Slicer

- If Candidate in Australia: Must have at least 18 months work experience in Australia

- With a good English test score is an advantage (minimum PTE score 36 or IELTS 5.0)

- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a meat processing facility in Australia.

- Knowledge of meat cutting techniques and food safety standards.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

- Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects.

- Good communication and teamwork skills.

- Relevant certifications and licenses (e.g. food handling, forklift operation) are a plus.
