Asset Manager

As Asset Manager, you will take endtoend ownership of asset performance and client outcomes, acting as the trusted link between customers and Jord's technical and delivery teams. The role offers genuine autonomy, meaningful stakeholder engagement, and the chance to directly improve reliability, uptime, and commercial performance.

What you'll do
- Act as the primary point of contact to ensure high client satisfaction by proactively managing communications, resolving concerns, and maintaining professional engagement.
- Identify and validate leads for spare parts, services, and new projects, while managing the end-to-end proposal process to maximize order conversions.
- Oversee day-to-day site operations and equipment performance to meet SLAs, ensuring safety compliance, technical issue resolution, and team development.
- Monitor asset performance, reliability, and uptime, and collaborate with technical teams to drive continuous improvement and optimise operational outcomes.
- Coordinate closely with internal and client stakeholders to ensure all activities are delivered on time, with clear accountability and effective communication.
- Support maintenance, repair, and technical service delivery to ensure consistent performance and adherence to quality standards.
- Contribute to a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement across site operation
What you'll bring
- Possesses a background in Engineering or a relevant trade
- Requires an engineering degree with specific, highly-regarded experience in filtration processes (concentrate, tailings, and paste).
- Offers 3-5 years of experience in site operations or asset management, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and a commitment to asset excellence.
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach, with the flexibility to travel and work on-site as required.
- Must have Australian work authorisation as visa sponsorship is not available for this position
