About the Opportunity

We are looking for a motivated Administrator to join our friendly, high-performing team. Whether you are early in your career or looking to build on your existing experience, this is a great opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive environment.

You will play an important role in keeping the team running smoothly handling enquiries, supporting clients, and assisting with day-to-day administration. You will be the first point of contact for many queries, helping direct them to the right people or resolving them yourself.

About You

  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel experience helpful but not essential)
  • A team player who enjoys helping others
  • Able to stay calm and organised in a busy environment

What You'll Be Doing

  • Answering calls and responding to email enquiries
  • Supporting clients and stakeholders during the claims process
  • Assisting the team with reports and general admin tasks
  • Managing inboxes and diaries
  • Helping keep processes running smoothly day-to-day

  • Customer service or admin experience
  • A proactive, can-do attitude
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills
