The opportunity We are currently seeking an experienced Contracts Manager (Project Commercial lead), reporting to the Project Manager. The role will be leading the commercial teams over two residential projects. Your key responsibilities will include: Work collaboratively with the Client and Project Team to achieve project outcomes Mentor, coach and supervise Commercial Team Lead the project procurement strategy & procurement processes Lead project Cost Management inclusive of both Head & Subcontract Variation management Manage Head Contract and Subcontractor Progress claim/s Manage cash flow at both Head & Subcontract Preparation and presentation of Monthly Financial reports Build more than projects.
