Through our partnership with BMW Australia, we are seeking an experienced NonTechnical Trainer to join our team based in Melbourne (Mulgrave). This is a unique, highimpact role supporting the BMW retail network across Australia and New Zealand, delivering engaging training across Product, Sales, and Aftersales for BMW, MINI, and BMW Motorrad.

This is not a narrow training role-it's a broad, endtoend opportunity to influence dealer capability, shape customer experience, and bring premium brand standards to life. Whether your background is in Sales, Product, or Aftersales, we're looking for a versatile trainer who can connect it all.

What You'll Do

Deliver HighImpact Training Experiences

  • Facilitate engaging facetoface and virtual training sessions across Product, Sales, and Aftersales disciplines.
  • Train a wide range of dealership roles, including:
    • Sales Consultants & Managers
    • Product Geniuses
    • Service Advisors
    • Parts Advisors & Managers
  • Deliver Initial & Post Certification Training (ICT & PCT) to support ongoing capability development.

Support Dealer Capability & Performance

  • Partner with dealership teams to build product knowledge, sales effectiveness, and customer experience excellence.
  • Deliver impactful product training across BMW, MINI, and BMW Motorrad portfolios.
  • Act as a trusted training resource, helping translate brand strategy into practical dealership execution.

Plan, Customize & Improve Training

  • Deliver training aligned to the agreed Training Plan and global standards.
  • Adapt and localize training content to reflect market needs and evolving business priorities.
  • Continuously review and refine training materials to ensure relevance, engagement, and effectiveness.
  • Apply modern adult learning principles to maximize learner engagement and knowledge retention.

Support EndtoEnd Training Delivery

  • Contribute to planning and execution of:
    • Product launches
    • Immersive driving experiences
    • Special training initiatives and events
  • Provide input into curriculum development and delivery strategies.
  • Support operational activities that ensure smooth training program execution.

What Makes You a Great Fit

Experience & Background

  • Strong understanding of automotive dealership operations, with experience in Sales, Product, and/or Aftersales.
  • Experience delivering training in classroom, virtual, or onthejob environments.
  • Familiarity with BMW Group products and retail environments is highly advantageous.

Skills & Capabilities

  • Engaging, confident facilitator with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills-able to influence and inspire dealership teams.
  • Solid business awareness, including KPIs, performance metrics, and dealership dynamics.
  • Highly organized, selfdriven, and able to manage a demanding travel schedule.
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to communicate complex information simply.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40122) or equivalent (or working towards).
  • Experience in training design or curriculum development.
  • Familiarity with virtual delivery platforms and modern training tools.

Work Flexibility & Travel

  • Up to 75% travel across Australia and New Zealand.
  • Occasional international travel required.
  • Future relocation flexibility is an advantage.
