Telephone Fundraiser

Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer service over the phone to supporters of our long-term charity clients.
- Represent and advocate for charities focused on humanitarian, environmental, medical, animal, and social causes.
- Engage donors in meaningful conversations to cultivate trusting, long-term relationships.
- Utilise our Contact Centre solution to make calls and accurately manage donor data for multiple charities.
- Work effectively as part of a team within a contact centre environment to meet shared goals.
- Achieve customer service KPIs related to productivity and quality consistently.
- Provide specialised services to donors, addressing their questions and resolving issues as needed.
Requirements
- A genuine desire to help those in need and contribute positively to the community.
- Strong interest in philanthropy and charity work with a passion for making a difference.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse donor communities over the phone.
- Demonstrated resilience and problem-solving skills when handling objections or challenging situations.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Willingness to learn continuously and develop personal and professional skills.
- Ability to follow processes accurately when capturing and managing donor information.
