EL1 Senior Tech Lead Software Developer

Essential criteria

1. Tertiary qualifications in an ICT related field or applicable industry certifications.

2. Experience leading a team of developers and building software using modern Microsoft products and cloud platforms, specifically: Microsoft .NET Core specialising in ASP.NET Core ReactJS using TypeScript and JavaScript Azure DevOps with Git Building and consuming Web APIs Entity Framework Core with Microsoft SQL Server

3. Experience developing web experiences with headless CMS platforms

4. Experience providing technical direction in a collaborative, agile environment. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across disciplines and with non-technical stakeholders

5. Experience managing build and release pipelines using modern CI/CD tools (e.g. Azure DevOps).6. Strong technical design and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.

Desirable criteria

1. Familiarity with the Government Digital Service Standards
