Essential criteria
1. More than 5 years practicing User Research with demonstrated knowledge and experience of applying user research methodologies.
2. Excellent understanding of human centred design and knowledge of or experience conducting research within the Whole of Government Service Design and Delivery Process (SDDP)
3. Experience conducting user research within diverse and culturally sensitive cohorts
Desirable criteria
1. Demonstrated experience in analysis and synthesis of complex findings to understand user experience, needs and motivations leading to the creation of insights and opportunities
2. Strong experience in managing effective relationships and sharing insights and opportunities to achieve positive results
3. Demonstrated experience in building and leading user research advocacy and capability uplift
