The Client Project Operations team provides governance, operationaldisciplineand delivery support across QTC's Advisory Division and Queensland Government Consulting Services (QGCS). The team partners closely with project leads and senior sponsors to ensure client projects are wellgoverned, effectivelymanagedand delivered to QTC standards.
We'reseeking aClient Project Operations-Business Partnerto support clientfacing teams by strengthening portfolio discipline, uplifting deliverycapabilityand embedding fitforpurpose governance and ways of working across Advisory and QGCS.
As a Client Project Operations - Business Partner, you will:
- Act as a senior advisor to Advisory and QGCS leaders, ensuring projects are governed, compliant and valuefocused
- Enable highquality delivery across a portfolio of advisory and consulting engagements
- Own and evolve clientfacing project and portfolio frameworks,toolsand systems
- Provide handson coaching and delivery support to project leads and teams
- Drive portfolio reporting, assurance and insights for leadership, Board and ACC reporting
- Lead continuous improvement across portfolio operations,frameworksand tools
- Drive automation and process optimisation to improve efficiency and accuracy
About you
You'rea confident delivery and operations leader who thrives at the intersection of governance, commercialdeliveryand stakeholder engagement. You bring:
- Strong experience in project and portfolio management within advisory or consulting environments
- A deep understanding of risk,complianceand governance frameworks
- The ability to coach, influence and build trust with senior stakeholders and delivery teams
- Strong data, reporting and analytical capability to generate actionable insights
- A continuous improvement mindset with experience streamlining and scaling delivery practices
Qualifications & experience
Essential:Tertiary qualification and 5-10 years' experience across portfolio,riskand delivery
Desirable:Project management certification and public sector experience
