QTC is embarking on a significant transformation of its People & Culture (Hire to Retire) systems while also optimising core enterprise platforms, including the Treasury Management System and automated testing capability.
We'relooking for an experiencedSenior Project Manager, Change Delivery & Enablement(12-monthmax term contract)to lead this critical body of work across People & Culture system modernisation and core platform optimisation.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will:
- Define clear scope,objectivesand outcomes with business and technology stakeholders
- Lead crossfunctional teams to deliver complex programs endtoend
- Own delivery risks,issuesand dependencies, escalating early where needed
- Drive fitforpurpose business and technical requirements aligned to QTC standards
- Run effective workshops to produce practical delivery artefacts
- Manage change impacts across timelines,budgetand resourcing
- Embed outcomes into BAU and uplift delivery standards across the team
About you:
You are a confident delivery leader with experience managing complex technology initiatives. You bring:
- Strong capability in project governance, budgeting,riskand quality management
- Experience delivering complex IT projects, ideally within finance or banking environments
- Experience delivering HR systems/HRIS, Treasury Management System (TMS) uplift and/or testing automation
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills
- A calm, solutionsfocused approach in fastpaced and ambiguous environments
Qualifications & Experience:
Essential:Tertiary qualification, project management certification, and experience leading complex,multidisciplinarydeliveries across agile and waterfall environments
Desirable:Postgraduate qualification and experience in business analysis or change management
