Salesforce Developer

Roles & Responslities Experience in CRM domain and 3+ years of experience in Salesforce implementations with sound knowledge on Salesforce Sales cloud, Service, and community Cloud. Good understanding of Salesforce solution stack including good understanding of Marketing Cloud, Lightning Framework and Lightning Design System are preferred. Should be able to conduct requirement-gathering sessions, articulating Salesforce features to business users and drive/participate in prototyping solutions. Salesforce (Admin, and Sales/Service cloud certified) Requirements Experience required Certified Salesforce Developer with an appropriate tertiary qualification and/or equivalent mix of education/training and relevant experience. Experience in working on enterprise-wide implementation and roll-out of Salesforce/ other CRMs. Extensive experience in Salesforce Administration (standard and custom objects, security and access, user/ data/ activity management, reports and dashboards, workflows, and process automation), Salesforce Customization (using SOQL, Apex Classes/ triggers/ Visualforce pages, Lightning components) and Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Experience working on Salesforce interfaces (Lightning and Classic), Add-ons (HEDA - Higher Education Data Architecture, Cloudingo etc.) and integration using Salesforce connectors for Formstack, Qualtrics, Sitecore, Cisco and integration APIs for Dell Boomi. Experience in Salesforce DX (Salesforce CLI, Scratch Orgs), Atlassian DevOps tool set (Jira, Bitbucket/ SourceTree) and VS Code to manage applications/ product lifecycle.
