ASM works closely with employers across construction, trades, hospitality, automotive and other industries to provide end-to-end recruitment and visa solutions.

Due to strong demand, we are looking for a Recruitment Sales Consultant based in Perth to grow our employer network and help more businesses access skilled overseas talent.

About the Role

This is a sales-focused recruitment role where you will work with Australian employers looking to hire skilled workers from overseas.

You will be responsible for converting inbound enquiries as well as developing new business relationships with companies experiencing labour shortages.

You'll work closely with our internal recruitment and migration teams who manage the candidate sourcing and visa processing, allowing you to focus on building client relationships and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to inbound enquiries from businesses looking to hire overseas workers
Build relationships with Australian employers experiencing staff shortages
Generate new business through calls, networking and referrals
Conduct consultations with employers to understand their hiring needs
Present our recruitment and migration solutions to prospective clients
Manage the sales pipeline and follow up opportunities
Work with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth

What We're Looking For

We are looking for a motivated salesperson who enjoys building relationships and closing deals.

Ideal experience includes:

Recruitment, labour hire or B2B sales experience
Strong phone and communication skills
Ability to build rapport with business owners and decision makers
Self-motivated with the ability to generate new business opportunities
Organised with strong follow-up skills
Experience using CRM systems (e.g. Pipedrive, Salesforce etc) is beneficial

Experience in recruitment, migration or labour hire will be highly regarded but is not essential.
