Executive Liability Adjuster/NSW Liability Manager

Crawford & Company is seeking an accomplished Senior / Executive Liability Loss Adjuster to lead high-value, complex liability claims and act as the senior technical and market authority for the local liability practice. This is a unique opportunity to combine hands-on claims management with visible leadership, market engagement, and business development responsibilities within a globally recognised claims organisation.

The Role:

• Manage a portfolio of complex, high-value liability claims from appointment through settlement
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering technical excellence, collaboration, and knowledge sharing
• Represent Crawford as a senior technical authority and visible market leader
• Contribute to business development and the strategic growth of the practice
• Demonstrate leadership potential with the aspiration and capability to progress into broader departmental or practice leadership

About You:

• Senior liability adjuster with 5-10+ years' experience managing complex claims
• Established and credible presence in the insurance market with strong professional relationships
• Proven leadership experience and clear aspiration to grow a high-performing team
• Chartered Loss Adjuster accreditation highly desirable
• Exceptional stakeholder management, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
