We're looking for a Licensed Veterinary Technician to join our team-someone who has a passion for teamwork, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in their technical skills.

Our practice has strong community connections, a supportive atmosphere, and a strong sense of purpose. We work hard to provide excellent care for our patients while creating a positive experience for their people and minimizing stress for everyone. If you're the kind of LVT who can soothe a fearful cat one minute and reassure a concerned client the next, we'd love to meet you!

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Provide skilled patient care including IV catheter placement, venipuncture, fluid therapy, and medication administration
  • Perform dental prophylaxis, dental and digital radiographs, laboratory procedures, and diagnostic testing
  • Assist in surgical procedures, including anesthesia induction, monitoring, and recovery
  • Maintain accurate medical records and ensure patient safety at all times while minimizing distress
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and coworkers, offering education and guidance on treatment plans and preventive care
  • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented hospital culture focused on high-quality medicine and compassionate service

What We're Looking For:

  • Current LVT license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Strong technical and nursing skills-you love putting your knowledge to work
  • Excellent communication skills with both teammates and clients
  • A positive, team-oriented and fun-loving attitude
  • A teammate who values honesty, mutual respect, and compassion
  • Fear-Free certification is preferred

Why You'll Love Working Here:

  • A supportive team where your skills and input are valued, and compromise is the end-goal
  • A hospital culture that mixes professionalism with finding joy in the moment
  • The chance to build strong relationships with coworkers, clients, and their pets

What We Offer:

  • Base hourly rate of $27.00-$30.00 DOE
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance for full-time employees
  • 401(k)
  • Paid time off and paid holidays
  • Continuing education allowance and license renewals covered
  • Uniform allowance
  • Employee pet care discounts
  • Supportive team environment with opportunities for inclusion, growth, and advancement

If you're ready to bring your expertise, compassion, and people skills to a practice that appreciates both high-quality medicine and a positive team culture, we want to hear from you!

Apply today and help us continue building a low-stress, compassionate environment for our patients, clients, and team.
