About the Role: Juniper Bethshan (Katanning) and Juniper Korumup (Wagin) are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join the team on either a Permanent Part-Time or Casual basis. Working across both residential aged care homes, you will provide high-quality Occupational Therapy services that support residents to maintain their independence, wellbeing, and quality of life. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will conduct assessments, develop individualised therapy plans, prescribe equipment, and work closely with residents, families, and care teams to achieve positive outcomes. Travel between Katanning and Wagin will be required as directed by the Residential Manager. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualised therapy plans. Set meaningful and achievable goals in partnership with residents. Prescribe and recommend equipment, aids, and environmental modifications. Support residents to maintain or improve their functional independence. Collaborate with residents, families, care staff, and allied health professionals. Supervise and support Therapy Assistants where required. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reporting. Key Requirements: Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist. Demonstrated ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate therapeutic interventions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A commitment to person-centered care and resident wellbeing. Current Australian Driver's License. Previous aged care experience (desirable but not essential).
