We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Coordinator at Dharra School to lead the OSHC program in a specialist school setting. If you are experienced in the early childhood, OSHC and/or disability support sectors and passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families, this role is for you. About The Role: Have the opportunity to lead your own OSHC service and support local families by providing quality before and after school care and holiday programs for their child in a specialist school setting Plan and prepare child focused programs for school aged children in a specialist school setting High staff to student ratio to ensure every child's individual needs are met (1:2, 1:1, 2:1) Foster a positive team culture through coaching, training, and reflective practice Rostering for your service with support from your Area Manager Manage compliance documents and other administrative tasks Liaise with families, school teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure individualised care Career development and progression pathways. Experience leading teams in disability, education, or community services Confidence in behavioural management for children with high and complex needs Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills Exhibit our TheirCare values: Caring, Open and Engaged Requirements: In line with sector regulations, the following compliance documentation will be required for the role: Completed or in the process of completing an ACECQA recognised qualification, including but not limited to, studies in Teaching, Childcare or Community Services.
