Requirements:
- Strength-Based Assessments: Conduct assessments focusing on the strengths and capabilities of individuals.
- Person-Centred Support Planning: Develop support plans tailored to the specific needs and preferences of individuals.
- Long-Term Support Arrangements: Establish and manage long-term support for individuals with complex needs.
- Mental Capacity Assessments: Perform assessments to determine individuals' capacity to make decisions.
- Court of Protection Work: Engage in legal processes to protect individuals who lack the capacity to make certain decisions.
What we are looking for in a Social Worker:
- Social Work England registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK licence
- Post-qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
