We're seeking an experienced Leading Hand Tyre Fitter for a full-time role based in Bruce Rock, WA. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong tyre fitting experience who's ready to step up and lead a small team.

What's on offer:

• $48.99 per hour flat rate

• 9:5 DIDO roster home every second week

• 12-hour shifts (plenty of overtime)

• Work with a well-established team in a regional WA location

What you'll be doing:

• Leading and mentoring a small tyre fitting team on site

• Carrying out tyre changes, rotations and inspections on heavy vehicles and trailers

• Problem-solving on the go and ensuring jobs are done to spec

• Maintaining a high standard of safety and precision in all work performed

What we're looking for:

• 12 years experience in a similar role

• Previous leadership or Leading Hand experience in a workshop or field setting

• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to solving problems

• Ability to work well under pressure and lead by example

• Valid drivers licence and relevant tickets
