We're looking for a versatile and caring Gardener to join our team at Glenmore Park Care Community, to help maintain our outdoor spaces and support a warm, welcoming environment for residents, families, and visitors.

About the Role:

As our Gardener, you’ll play a key role in creating and maintaining safe, attractive, and functional outdoor spaces for our residents. You’ll also support general maintenance tasks to ensure our community remains welcoming and well cared for.

What You'll Bring:

Previous Landscaping or gardening experience

Previous Maintenance experience in a Facilities or Accommodation setting

Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Willingness to complete:

• Pre-employment medical
• Police check
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
