About The Position

One of our operating companies, REDD, is looking for a Business Development Representative to join their team in Brisbane.

As a Business Development Representative, you will be at the forefront of our sales engine, engaging potential clients, generating new opportunities and driving pipeline growth. You will work closely with a high-performing sales team and receive the training, tools and support needed to succeed in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage key decision-makers across target organisations
  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn)
  • Book high-quality meetings for Account Executives, contributing directly to revenue growth
  • Collaborate with the sales and growth teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies
  • Manage and track activity in CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Bring creativity and personality to your outreach while following a proven sales process

Skills required

  • 2+ years' experience in a BDR or sales role
  • Previous IT sales experience highly desirable
  • Strong prospecting, cold calling and lead qualification skills
  • Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo is desirable
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and driven to exceed targets
