B2B Finance Manager

About the role

We're hiring a Finance Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of finance for our global B2B business -this is a pivotal role within a high performing global Finance team at 3P Learning, an ASX-listed, purposedrivenEdTechorganisation marking adifference in the lives of millions of students worldwidethrough our suite of industry-leading products, including Mathletics, Reading Eggs,Mathseeds, and Writing Legends.

Reporting to the Head of Finance,you'llrun a multi-region team that deliverstimely,accuratefinancial outputs for the B2B segmentof 3P Learning, and act asapartner to commercial leaders across APAC, EMEA and AMER.This isa senior operational leadership role with strong visibility to the Director, Finance.

This full-time hybrid role includesat least2 days per week at our Sydney officein Leichhardt.To be eligible, you must belocatedwithin commuting distance of Sydney and have full working rights in Australia.

What you'lldo

• Lead the daily operations of the B2B finance team - including a wider team of around 10 across three regions.

• Coach and developthebroader team,setting clear standards andproviding managerial support to effectively engage and motivatetheteam.

• Partner with regional Sales and Commercial leaders on deal pricing, margin analysis, contractreviewsand commission inputs - escalating material judgement calls to the Global Head of Finance.

• Own the monthly close, KPI reporting and CFO pack inputs for the B2B segment.

• Operate revenue governance day-to-day in a SaaS /Education Technologyenvironment, in alignment with Group policyand relevant accounting standards.

• Drive working capital outcomes - DSO,collectionsand credit risk - in partnership with the AR team.

• Run the annual cost allocation, budgetinputsand forecast tracker for the segment.

• Govern data and change requests across NetSuite,Salesforceand Adaptive Insights.

• Identifyand lead automation and process improvement initiatives.

• Build scenario models (growth, churn, pricing, headcount,marketor product entry) to support senior decision-making.

Whatyou'llbring

• Extensivefinance experience, including leading finance teams - ideally managingteam membersacross multiple regions or time zones.

• CA,CPAor equivalent professional qualification.

• Demonstrated experience operating revenue recognition policy in a SaaS,subscriptionor recurring-revenue environment.

• Strong FP&A toolkit - driver-based forecasting, varianceanalysisand scenario modelling.

• Hands-on NetSuite experience (essential); Salesforce and Adaptive Insights highly regarded.

• Comfort working across multi-currency, multi-entity,listed-companyreporting cycles.

• Track recordof delivering finance process and systems improvements.

• Advancedproficiencyin Microsoft Excel.

• Clear, concise communication and the ability to brief senior stakeholders effectively.

• Strong controls and governance mindset, with high personal integrity.
