This role involves the transformation of a finance function which includes:<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span>\n <\/div>\n \n - Engaging with the finance stream, technology, bank business and other stakeholders to produce a workplan that maps key milestones and activities to completion date<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n - Engaging with the client and other stakeholders on a regular basis (weekly\/fortnightly) to understand the status of each milestone and key emerging risks<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n - Reporting to the relevant finance lead and the broader program manager role<\/span><\/span><\/span>

Key Deliverables:<\/b>
\n <\/div>\n \n
\n \n - To build and drive the delivery of the finance stream's planned and agreed milestones which includes working with stakeholders to articulate and define the activities to achieve these milestones<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Managing stakeholders to prepare the relevant paperwork, ensuring scope is articulated and agreed within the parties' expected program timeframes<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Assist to define and manage risks<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Manage and facilitate workshops with relevant stakeholders that meet agenda requirements and progress required outcomes<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Prepare and manage meeting agendas, minutes and actions; monitor the registers including all actions, key decisions, dependencies and risks<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Foster and manage key relationships with stakeholders across all relevant channels<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Provide ongoing status reports to stakeholders<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Plan and drive the operationalisation of banking services processes into the relevant group<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Assist in the identification and communication of change management impacts<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Comply with relevant codes of conduct and behaviour protocols<\/span><\/span>

<\/p>\n \n - Strong background in finance, including relevant consulting work experience<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Project management skills - delivery excellence ensuring projects are on schedule, managed in a practicable and optimal way with efficient use of resources whilst ensuring adherence with the relevant governance framework<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Strong leadership skills - proven ability to lead and manage a team to achieve individual, team and divisional goals to achieve the optimal performance<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Coaching, mentoring and development skills - ability to identify development needs of members and tailor training activities to achieve successful outcomes and to build technical knowledge and expertise<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Stakeholder relationship skills \- effective collaboration and engagement management with all relevant stakeholders both internal and external<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Minimum 5 years project management experience across a diverse range of business functions and processes<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - University degree or other professional qualification is desired plus 2+ years in a leading consulting firm<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Prince2, PMBOK, Agile or equivalent is desired<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
