Provide behavioural economics expertise to co\-design approach and taxonomy for cultural change program<\/span>
<\/li>\n
Provide insights and recommendations on findings<\/span>
<\/li>\n
Co\-design cultural change program interventions and plans<\/span>
<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n

\n Skills and <\/span><\/b><\/span>experience<\/b><\/span> <\/b>required:<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

Qualification in behavioural economics science
<\/li>\n

Experience in applying behavioural economics to organisational cultural change programs<\/span>
<\/li>\n
Experience in organisational dominant traits and bias assessment and co\-designing solutions<\/span>
<\/li>\n
Financial services experience highly regarded<\/span>
<\/li>\n
5\-10 years working experience applying BE to organisation assessment and change programs
<\/li>\n <\/ul><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>\n <\/div>\n

\n Logistics<\/span><\/span><\/span>
\n <\/div>\n

\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n
\n Start date:<\/span><\/span><\/b> <\/span><\/span><\/b>October, Design and planning Phases duration 8 weeks with opportunity to extend to execution<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
