Client<\/span><\/span><\/span> Reporting to the CFO build the blueprint for a strategic PMO capability<\/span><\/span><\/span> Identify key capabilities required to support the CFO's vision covering investment decisioning and prioritisation, tracking, benefits realisation, driving productivity<\/span><\/span><\/span> Develop key principles and frameworks (e.g. prioritisation across lines of business) to support the PMO and value creation<\/span><\/span><\/span> Build any key artefacts, templates and policies to support the establishment of the PMO<\/span><\/span><\/span> Design a lean organisation structure including roles, accountabilities and required skills\/experience<\/span><\/span><\/span> Support the client in building the initial investment portfolio<\/span><\/span><\/span> Overall blueprint for the PMO (key services, principles, frameworks)<\/span><\/span><\/span> Development of specific high priority frameworks and policies<\/span><\/span><\/span> Organisation and role design<\/span><\/span><\/span> Initial prioritisation of investment portfolio in line with agreed principles and framework<\/span><\/span><\/span> Skills and experience required<\/span><\/b><\/span>:<\/span><\/b><\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span> PMO experience in a strategic context (value management\/realisation versus operational tracking)<\/span><\/span><\/span> Influencing people \/ engaging with teams to receive required inputs \/ data from colleagues<\/span><\/span><\/span> Self\-starter, problem solver -someone who will be productive quickly and both get the outputs delivered on time but also show initiative in asking probing questions.<\/span><\/span><\/span> Exceptional presentation and communication skill<\/span><\/span><\/span> Financial services (preferred not required)<\/span><\/span><\/span> Rate<\/span><\/b>
