• Perform assessment of the existing credit decisioning model, methodologies, credit policies and the lending strategies<\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>\n
• Assess impact of changes to current decision criteria from previous decision criteria, with a focus on bad debts<\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>\n
• Perform case assessment of different loan scenarios based on predefined sampling methodology<\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>\n
• Identify root causes for the existing credit losses<\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/li>\n <\/ul>

  Skills and experience required<\/span><\/b><\/span>:<\/span><\/b><\/b>

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or a related field<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>\n
  • 5 years+ experience in credit, treasury, corporate finance or a similar field within the financial services sector<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>\n
  • Demonstrated expertise in credit decisioning, financial modelling and credit risk analysis<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>\n
  • Strong understanding of lending industry <\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>\n
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively<\/span><\/span>
