A long standing client has asked ICG to identify a<\/span> <\/span><\/span>leading technology solution manager to work in the retail wealth space.<\/span><\/b> <\/span><\/span>The client has inherited a combination of legacy and leading edge technology and wishes to identify an ICG professional with deep expertise in the Australian retail wealth advisory business.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

The client has a newly revised advice strategy (which includes the application of AI) so a working knowledge of and recent exposure to AI applications is also highly valued.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

The successful applicant will guide the adaptation of their technology stack to bet realise their advice strategy and highlight gaps which require more significant investment.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Support the blueprinting and baselining of current technology use in the advice channel.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Analyse the advice strategy for IT\-driven imperatives for technology adoption and adaption to drive advice channel goals<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>\n
  • Encapsulate specific initiatives or further analysis and blueprinting and provide required business case input <\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>\n
  • Prioritise and batch opportunities for implementation under a client\-governed change umbrella<\/span><\/span><\/span>

        Skills and experience required:<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>

        • Deep demonstra<\/span><\/span>ted knowledge of the Australian advice channel<\/span><\/span><\/span>
          <\/span><\/li>\n
        • Substantial (10 years +) experience helping clients adapt and implement technology solutions to drive a better advice experience<\/span><\/span><\/span>
          <\/span><\/li>\n
        • Ability to seamlessly interface with executives and managers at all levels as well as be hands\-on with technology demonstrations and training with individual advisors and their respective umbrella organisations.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
